Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our glass bottles, jars and pipettes, PET bottles, and boxes are all recyclable. While our plastic lids are not yet recyclable, we’re always searching for better options made from sustainable sources.

What are Zero Waste Fruit Seed Oils?

Zero waste oils are extracted from the seeds of the waste pulp from the juice, jam and jelly industry. They are cold pressed into up-cycled luxurious oils rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Zero waste fruit seed oils are sustainable and environmentally conscious ways of reducing waste.

Where are Rejuvaform products made?

Rejuvaform Skincare is based in Caledon, Ontario. Our products are crafted in small batches to maintain maximum freshness.

Is your product good for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Our products have been formulated with sensitive skin in mind, meaning no artificial fragrances have been used in any of our products and essential oils have only been added to our body products. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test prior to trying a new product.

Are your products safe for pregnancy-safe?

While our ingredients are naturally derived and use ingredients and preservatives that are approved by Ecocert, we recommend seeking the advice of your healthcare practitioner before using. Please notes that our body products contain essential oils at a 2% dilution. 

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% vegan.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! All our products are tested on people.

Are your products natural?

Our products are made using ingredients that are plant-based, and from naturally derived sources. 

How do I store my product?

All products should be kept in the original packaging when possible and stored in a cool dark place away from sunlight. 

Do your products contain SPF?

While our products help protect the skin from external stressors, they do not contain SPF. We recommend adding SPF as the final step in you skincare routine.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, all products that contain water must have a preservation system for product safety. We use preservatives that are Ecocert approved. 

Ecocert is a France-based, world leading certifier that verifies that products contain ingredients derived from renewable resources and are manufactured by using environmentally friendly processes.

Why aren't your products clear or white?

Our formulations include the highest possible percent of active ingredients. We do not add colour to our product, so the colour you see is based on the ingredients used.

Do you use fragrances in the products?

We never use artificial fragrances in our products. For the products that do contain fragrance (body products), we use essential oils. Our face products do not contain any fragrance or essential oils. Our Flourish Serum contains a small amount of Neroil floral water.

Orders

Can I use more than one discount code per purchase?

No, only one discount code can be used per purchase.

Can I use a discount code on discounted/sale product ie: Bundles

No, discount codes can’t be used on products that are already discounted such as bundles. Discount codes can only be used on regular priced product.

Once I place my order, can I update my address?

If you notice your address is incorrect, please email us at hello@rejuvaform.com with the correct one as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped already, we will change the delivery address.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from Caledon, Ontario, Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, there is a $15 flat rate for shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Check out our Shipping and Returns page for all the details on our return policy.

Can I exchange product after I received it?

We are happy to exchange a product as long as it’s unopened. Please note that Rejuvaform does not cover shipping costs to exchange the product.
