Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat fee of $15.00.
Orders are shipped within 1 - 4 business days of being placed. We ship with UPS & Canada Post and orders typically arrive within 4 - 14 business days after being mailed. A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the Continental USA.
Duties and Taxes
For US customers, any required duties and taxes will be covered by the customer and paid directly to the carrier
Returns
We want you to love your Rejuvaform product! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, were happy to accept returns within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund. The product must contain a minimum of 75% of the product to be accepted.
Please note that shipping costs (duty or customs fees for U.S. residents) will not be covered by Rejuvaform. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is heavily used or damaged.
What is the return process?
Before sending back your product, please start by email us at hello@rejuvaform.com and include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: “Return” + Your order number
- Body: Name, Order Number, Item(s) you are returning, reason for return
We will respond within 3 business days with steps on returning the product. Any reward points associated with the returned items will be deducted and will no longer be available for redemption.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
You will be issued your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Complimentary gifts with purchase items must be included to be eligible for a full refund.
My order is damaged. What can I do?
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please email us at hello@rejuvaform.com and include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
We will assess the extent of the damage and provide a full refund if applicable.
