Boost your skin’s glow power with our hyaluronic acid-rich serum, designed to hydrate and illuminate your skin. We use two types of hyaluronic acid to deeply penetrate, refresh, and plump skin. Licorice root improves the appearance of hyperpigmentation and reduces redness, and green tea brightens and soothes skin. Contains 1.2% hyaluronic acid.

We currently ship to Canada and the Continental USA. For US Customers, any required duties will be paid directly to the carrier.

We want you to love your Rejuvaform product! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund. The product must contain a minimum of 75% of the product to be accepted.

How to Use

1. Apply 2-3 drops to freshly cleansed, lightly damp skin on the face and neck, both morning and night.

2. Before applying to the face, test on a patch of skin. Avoid using if you have any known allergies to the listed ingredients.
